Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We currently only ship to customers within the United States. Due to restrictions in shipping hazardous materials, all alcohol-based eaux de parfum will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage only. Priority and Express are prohibited. Most orders are mailed 1-5 days after an order is placed and arrival time will depend on hazard ground shipping.

RETURNS

​Due to the intimate nature of our perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to purchase sample sizes before committing to a full-size bottle to ensure the scent is right for them. If you have any questions about our fragrances before purchasing, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
